Returns & Exchange 

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, you may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. No Exchange refunds or returns on sale items. By purchasing on the website, it's understood that you have read the exchange policies and agreed upon the same before checking out.
 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.


EASY EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging (Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 7 days)

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from only our website.
     

NOTE: We will take care of the pick up from your address for the first exchange. We are not charging anything additional for the same.

Please follow the following steps for exchange:

1. Request for a reverse pick up - We will take care of the pick up. Kindly initiate a request from our exchange request page for us to arrange for the reverse pick-up. The reverse pick up would be arranged within 24 to 72 hours of you requesting for the same. 

 

2. Credit Note

  • All items purchased from our website would be Exchanged/ Returned for a Store Credit Coupon valid for 180 days. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding reverse shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. 

  • The coupon code would be sent to you in the mail ID provided while placing the order .Kindly save the email for future references.

  • This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 180 days on our website. It has to be used in the discount section while checking out.

  • Alternatively, if you have an account with us you could simply login in to your account to use the same.

  • The coupon code would be generated only after we receive the product at our warehouse & is checked. 
     

NOTE:  WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS / CASH / MONETARY REFUND


Shipping​

  • ​The customer has to bear the reverse pick up charges.

  • ​No exchange Or refunds on products purchased on sale ( Sale Store )

  • ​Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • ​Be it returns or exchange requests all are only credit back in the form of store credits valid for 180 days. The steps are same for both returns and exchanges.

  • ​Any other credit notes issued other than the above would have a validity of 30 days only.

  • ​We provide reverse pick ups only in India. 

  • ​Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled once processed. There are no refunds.

  • ​There would be no refunds incase of any delays due to natural calamities, or unseen delays in logistics.

  • All the purchases will be non-refundable.

  • ​Incase there is no reverse pick up available in your pincode, you will have to self ship the same in the address provided by our customer support.

  • Incase of a pre-paid order and the customer refuses to accept the delivery no refunds would be issued for the same.​

  • For international orders, if the customer refuses to pay the custom charges if at all applicable while delivering, there will be no refunds of the orders.
